It’s mid July in Las Vegas, and, when your AC wants to do odd things like blow in air at 97 degrees when it’s time to sleep, you’ll find that you really depend on the AC to get the temperature right. Our landlord contracts with Force Air Inc, and, Willie had a busy day and still made it out to our home. He did diagnostics, replaced the thermostat, and fine-tuned the AC. He worked into the evening (6:45 pm) to make sure that sleep would be possible tonight. I am so appreciative.
The AC unit in my rental went out and after frantically calling various companies and getting zero replies I found Force Air and Willie. I initially obtained his info based on recommendations I found on Nextdoor. I called and Willie answered right away (at 6:30pm on a Sunday!!) and said he could help. He later diagnosed and repaired it no problem that same night. Even my renters commented on how nice he was and that they would highly recommend him. He took pictures of the repair and texted them to me which was great since it’s a rental home and I wasn’t there. Thank you Willie!
